Remember in the movie 'spider-man' that he feel very bad because he could have stop the robber, but he didn't and ended up that his uncle was being murdered?

I was at Viking hotdog and saw a distant away this teenage guy buying something and when he took out his wallet, 2 red paper flow out and landed on the floor. I was thinking,"Should I run over to tell him? I hesitated and he was gone very soon. Next thing I know, 2 women was looking past the same spot and seem very excited, and immediately took the 2 red piece of paper. Well... was pretty sure at that time, it was 2 $10 note.

Now, I feel really bad not telling that guy, he must feel sad losing $20.
