I understand when people call you on your cell phone to sell products, sell insurance, ask you to invest etc....
But I don't understand when people call you to offer you loans? Who will take a loan just because someone call them to take? If there is a need to take a loan because of any debt, need to buy some expensive things; I would have already seek out banks to take loan, and not wait for people to call me.
But of course, there must be people who take a loan off the phone. Or else they won't continue to call.
