Ok, I admit it. I am growing a bit too fat.
To think that around less than 10 yrs ago, I was almost under weight ay 51kg. No matter how much or what I eat, I don't gain weight at all. Only after going in NS have I gain a few kg, else can consider under nourishment.

Now, it's time for the body to revenge on me by pushing the limit to almost over-weight. Is it to gain back the kg I should have those couple of years? Now even if I eat air, I will still gain weight.... hmm...

G4C got hack again, nothing I know how to do. The hackers deleted away my admin account or change my password, the admin password had been changed too... so wait for either James or Yanhao who knows more about it to solve the problem.

Just don't understand why we always got attack... sigh.... Even after we put up admin secure to enhance protection.

Just went to Pulau Redang of the east coast of malaysia, very nice place. It's not yet been thoroughly destroyed by tourism yet. Too bad I don't have a waterproof camera to capture the spectacular under water world.

The resort we stayed in, Redang Bay. Really cheap promotion package at RM288 per person for 3 days/2 night inclusive of jetty trasnfer and boat ride to the island. All meal inclusive. Free snorkeling mask, free use of canoe, balls and games etc... hot water facilities, swimming pool etc...
