Salt does help to heal mouth ulcer

I always have mouth ulcer. It seem like evey 2-3 month, I will have at least 1 of those painful sore in my mouth. Once somebody mention putting salt. I tried, it was totally painful, and nothing happens.

But I have found the secret to applying salt to mouth ulcer, do it early! As soon as you know you have a tiny mouth ulcer, that most likely doesn't give you much pain, just a bit of discomfort. Put salt, it just stint a bit. Do it again the next day. Then you will realize the mouth ulcer will not get bigger, after a few days it will heal. So by putting salt, the ulcer will not grow to the painful stage. Try it.
